Location Based attachments locations based on a WFS/ArcGIS REST feature service

Rather than defining the location based attachment areas within SmarterWX, it would be useful to have these defined by a WFS or ArcGIS REST feature service.

Location Based tags in response template

The new location-based attachments are great. Would also like to see this extended to support tags in templates. Eg, we would like to include different contact details (name, phone number) depending on the areas the enquiry intersects with.

Scheduled maintenance window for customer hosted data

Our Feature Services have schedule maintenance on them every Wednesday night from 6pm onwards. Is it possible to have our SmarterWx responses scheduled to not send for a 12 hour window while this occurs. Alternatively an auto-resume functionality ...

Can we add a confirmation pop up while closing a task, to avoid the accidental closure of the tasks. Can we have an option to reopen the closed task, in case wrong attachment was shared and task was closed but then we need to respond with the corr...

Single interface/login for multiple asset owners

For asset owners that have multiple assets, can the DBYD portal be able to have a single login/ability to see all asset responses in the same session, rather than having to log out and back in again? Thanks

Include Council name in title of Asset map pdf's

As is, the asset map pdf is simply called " Asset sequenceNo.pdf’, meaning that looking at file names alone, a contractor (having received and downloaded files from several Councils using SWX) would not be able to discern which ‘ASSET sequenceNo ....

Filter to automatically reset itself to default (ie. all types, today) when log out/in of SWX

Logging in just now, I could not understand (for a while) why the only enquiries i could see were 'Area Too Large' ones ...until i recalled that several days ago, i set the filter accordingly. As i do not log into SWX regularly ...and as i do not ...

Watch Area - ability to upload a shapefile

This would be useful in the context that a user could upload say, a number of pre-existing polygons (eg. 'project areas'), rather than having to redigitise them in SWX. Ideally, a given shapefile could include multiple polygons.
