Capture subsequent enquirer communications

Please consider supporting the capture of all follow on communications with enquirers, including email replies, call records and customer service notes. The benefit of this is having a full history of customer contact events saved against the original DBYD referral.

    The intention is to help asset owners to better manage damage prevention workflows that start with the receipt of a DBYD referral. This could include coordinating site visits, performing inspections and other asset protection related activities. Interested to hear any other use cases that might be relevant.

    I guess this is forming the basis of an encroachment management system which some larger assets owners will already have but other perhaps not?
