Include Council name in title of Asset map pdf's

As is, the asset map pdf is simply called "Asset sequenceNo.pdf’, meaning that looking at file names alone, a contractor (having received and downloaded files from several Councils using SWX) would not be able to discern which ‘ASSET sequenceNo.pdf’ is from which council.

PS: all of other outgoing docs contain our Council name.

    Hi Greg, thanks for submitting your idea. There are pros and cons to having the organisation name as a prefix for the asset map. Yes, it could be helpful when viewing the files in a filesystem to discern which files belong to Asset Owner A vs B etc. On the other hand, when viewing an email and its attachments, having all files named similarly (prefixed with the organisation name) could make it harder to discern which file is the asset map. I am interested to hear other subscribers' thoughts.
