Can we add a confirmation pop up while closing a task, to avoid the accidental closure of the tasks.
Can we have an option to reopen the closed task, in case wrong attachment was shared and task was closed but then we need to respond with the correct one.
Can we have an option to modify the sent option to put more attachments, currently we have ‘resend’ which will send the old response again.
Hi Deepak, thanks for submitting your enhancement ideas via Aha! To help us determine the relative priority of these items, I have a few follow up questions. Firstly for accidental closure of tasks, has this happened before and if so how frequently? For reopening closed tasks, if this option were available would it reduce the need for a confirmation pop-up while closing a task? Finally with modifying the sent option, we are not able to modify a response once it has been sent ... can I confirm you would actually like to resend a modified response to the original referral. Approx. how often would you need to do this? Thanks for your help.
