Filter to automatically reset itself to default (ie. all types, today) when log out/in of SWX

Logging in just now, I could not understand (for a while) why the only enquiries i could see were 'Area Too Large' ones ...until i recalled that several days ago, i set the filter accordingly. As i do not log into SWX regularly ...and as i do not ...

Scheduled maintenance window for customer hosted data

Our Feature Services have schedule maintenance on them every Wednesday night from 6pm onwards. Is it possible to have our SmarterWx responses scheduled to not send for a 12 hour window while this occurs. Alternatively an auto-resume functionality ...
