Thanks for the return comment. I have updated the status of this idea to Will not implement. We can always revisit this if there are concerns or issues with the referral queue being paused in the future.

Hi Greg, thanks for submitting this idea. The production support team already have visibility of paused referral queues and any missing responses. If a pause was initiated by the client, we don't always have context about why this was done. Rest assured we would follow up if we observe referrals building up. Currently there is a Daily Email sent to Admins, which indicates when no responses have been sent for the previous day. Is this sufficient as a reminder that your queue is paused, or would you prefer a dedicated email to be sent?
