Multiple asset maps per response

Support generating and responding with more than one asset map per DBYD response. This benefits asset owners with complex underground assets, as well as enquirers by providing an asset map per asset type. This allows each map to feature its own symbology and default map scale.

    We are currently working on adding this capability to the product and I have updated the status to reflect this. This response configuration would be optional and Asset Owners will have the ability to choose whether to respond with a single asset map showing all assets (default option) or with one asset map per asset group. Thanks also to those who provided comments, I will follow up individually.

    Would this not be dependant on the response from the Asset Owner as some responses may already contain multiple maps per asset or a map and and detailed drawing from a DCMS?

    I would suggest that a single map should still (also) be delivered ....to provide an overall 'picture' of all assets at a location (maybe configured & symbolised generically/simpler to not show all details of complex assets)
